Jewelry is not allowed to be returned for now. But if you receive the item(s) that meet(s) the condition for Returnable Item(s), please contact us for refunds.

3. Return processing time
When your return request is eligible, we will process your return request within 1 day.

If you wish to return the item(s) to the nearest return address, please contact us, and we will get back to you within 1 day and offer an address for you to return.
